TRUFFLE BEEF TAGLIATA ON A BED OF ROASTED GREEN VEGETABLES
The beef tagliata is a classic italian meat dish which is easy to prepare and always delicious. If you are hungry and in the mood for some fancy food, adding fresh grated truffle on top is a must. Green vegetables are optional, but if you feel creative, you can roast or grill your favorite vegetables as a side dish. Invite your loved ones over and serve this dish on a nice decorated, intimate terrace.

250 grams of Beef
15 grams of Rucola
25 grams of green beans
10 grams of Parmigianno Regiano
5 grams of Truffle
Salt in grains
1 Garlic clove
Wash the rucola and zucchini and cut them in fine slices.
In a wok, cook zucchini and green beans in olive oil and garlic for a few minutes.
Rub the melty garlic clove on the meat, while seasoning it with pepper.
Cook the meat for about 3 minutes on each side. Once taken off the fire, with a chopper cut it into small piece ready to serve.
On a plate, dispose of your cooked vegetables, on top the meat and decorate with rucola, parmigianno and truffle.
