Bread rolls

The bakery is closed? Or you simply prefer avoiding shops? No prob, we can help you make your own bread ! Make it plain or with added flavors !

Ingredients for 10 bread rolls: - 500g of flour - 1 1/2 tsp of baking yeast - 10g of salt (1/2 tbs) - 330 ml of water

- A pinch of sugar

- 2 tsp of olive oil

Options: - Chorizo - Olives - Cheese


  • Dilute the baking yeast with approximately 100ml of warm water and add a pinch of sugar.

  • Let stand for a couple of minutes. Pour the flour in a big bowl and make a well in the center. Add the tablespoons of olive oil, the yeast mixture, the water, and mix (with your hands or with your food processor).

  • Add a little bit of water or flour in order to make a nice homogenous and smooth dough (it shouldn't be sticky nor too dry).

  • Cover with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for approximately 1hour.

  • Once the dough has doubled, divide it into small equal pieces.

  • Grease your baking sheet and place the bread rolls (don't forget to leave sufficient space between each roll).

  • Cover the rolls with a damp cloth and let them rise again for more or less 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the rolls once the 45 minutes are up. Let yourself be greedy !
