Caramelized Pineapple Pie

A delicious and comforting recipe from Granny Aurelia. Don't even dare to think about calories. This pie is pure deliciousness and we can assure you that you won't regret it. It's also a cheap and easy recipe!

Cooking time: 35 min

Serves: 6 to 8


125gr of flour

100gr of unrefined brown sugar

2 eggs

80gr of melted butter

20cl of unsweetened condensed milk

Lemon zest

1 package instant yeast

1 can of pineapple


  • Mix 125gr of flour with 100g of sugar and break the 2 eggs.

  • Add 80gr of melted butter and 20cl of unsweetened milk in the mixture.

  • Add the zest and yeast, mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.

  • Spread the dough to the size of your dish.

  • Make a caramel directly in the cake tin then place the pineapple pieces (keep the juice aside) on top of the caramel so that they occupy all the space.

  • Place the dough on top of the pineapples and bake the pie at 150 degrees for 35 minutes.

  • 10 minutes before serving, add 10cl of pineapple juice to the pie.
