Porc or Tofu Wok with Soja and Spring Onion

Ingredients
500g of pork shoulder or tofu
2 onions
1/2 broccoli
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
5 fresh coriander sprigs
2 spring onions
4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
4 tablespoons of nuoc mam
15 cl of water
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the broccoli until very tender.
Cut the pork or tofu into slices. Chop finely the spring onions as well as the two other onions and mix them with the pork/tofu. Add the spices, the salt, the pepper, the soy sauce, the nuoc mam, and the water. Mix and leave to macerate for 30 minutes in a cool place.
Cook the rice in a saucepan or a rice cooker: 1 dose of rice = 1 dose of water (use a glass of water for example).
After 30 min, brown the meat with a little bit of oil (ideally sesame oil) in a wok pan over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli and sauté for 3 minutes.
Place the hot rice in a bowl, cover with meat, and add the fresh spring onions.
