50 g of cress
50g of chestnuts
50ml 0-lactose cream
200ml hazelnut milk
Paprika, salt, pepper + other spices of your choice
Bake the whole pumpkin in the oven, cutting off the cap.
Mix with the spices and the hazelnut milk.
Serve it dressed with chestnuts, sesame seeds or/and chopped parsley.
