Detox Poke Bowl

It’s heatwave season and the appetite lowers its levels. Keeping yourself hydrated is important but you also have to keep fuelling the body with the right nutrients. The detox poke bowl is a delicious dish, fresh and very nutritious.

You can make this dish vegetarian by replacing the tuna with halloumi cheese or vegan by adding simply more vegetables. Try a delicious vinaigrette sauce by combining olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and a hint of apple juice. So fresh!

Servings : 1

Preparation time : 20 minutes

Ingredients :

  • Small slices red tuna

  • Sesam seeds

  • 50gr Soja

  • 25gr Mango

  • 25gr Grenade

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 50gr Cucumber

  • 150gr White quinoa

  • Lemon juice

  • Olive Oil

Preparation :

Start by preparing the mango, the grenade and the cucumber while cooking Quinoa in boiling water.

Leave the quinoa to boil for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, slice the cucumber, the mango and the avocado.

Season your small pieces of tuna with salt, pepper or spices of your choice then snack it for about 1 minute on each side in sesame seeds and sunflower oil.

In a bowl, serve the quinoa and dispose on top to your preference the soy beans, the mango, the grenade, the cucumber, the avocado and finally the tuna. Season to taste with lemon juice and olive oil.
