Feta &Watermelon Salad

Summer is finally here, so are hot temperatures. You want to keep yourself hydrated, active & fit?

We have the perfect salad inspiration for you: a Watermelon/Feta salad, which is a traditional Greek summer dish. The watermelon is detoxifying and hydrating - the feta adds up a refined taste mixed together with the fruit. Combined with a handful of seeds, fresh basil, and mint leaves, this summer dish is easy and delicious. Our tip: when seasoning, add up some espelette pepper to spice it up.

Preparation time: 10 min

Serves: 2


  • ¼ Feta, crumbled

  • ½ tablespoon Olive Oil

  • ¼ Watermelon in cubes

  • ¼ tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

  • A handful of Seeds

  • Mint leaves (to taste)

  • Basil leaves (to taste)

  • 1 Red onion minced

  • Espelette pepper (to taste)

  • Salt to taste


In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, the red wine, the vinegar, and the salt.

Add minced red onions.

Add the chopped watermelon.

Spread the feta and seeds.

Top with fresh basil and mint leaves.

Season with espelette pepper.
