Revisited Mozzarella Caprese

Ingredients :
- 1 piece of mozzarella di bufala treccia
- 250gr mix color cherry tomatoes
- 6 small radish
- basil
- parsley
- mix of grains - pine nuts
- olive oil
- crema di balsamico
Preparation :
1. Start by leaving into water all the vegetables for about 20 minutes.
2. After soaking, finely chop radish and cut cherry tomatoes in halfs.
3. On a platter, dispose your vegetables. Add salt.
4. In the middle, add the mozzarella di buffala treccia. Add pepper, then the grains.
5. Olive oil all around adapted to your taste.
6. Add basil and parsley.
7. Decorate with crema di balsamico (adapt to taste).
Dig in and enjoy the colors!
