Salty Green Quiche

Enjoy this healthy and tasty quiche, warmed and melty as good as served cold, served with a fresh green garden salad.

Serves: 4 people

Cooking time: 30 min


  • 1 Puffed pastry dough

  • Provolone cheese

  • Broccoli

  • Zucchini

  • Green asparagus

  • 200gr cream

  • 1 egg

  • Seasoning - salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, herbs


For a start, make sure to keep all your vegetables in water for at least 15 minutes.

After, give them a 1 minute boil in salty water.

Butter well your baking pan and preheat the oven at 180°.

Dispose of your puff pastry dough on the baking mould and use a fork to line the dough

In a bowl, mix broccoli, asparagus and zucchini with one minced shallot and parsley, then add it to the pastry.

Mix in a bowl egg, cream, cheese, seasoned, Add to quiche

Bake it in the oven for 45 minutes 180°.
