Baked Strawberry Tart !

Baked strawberries???? F4A likes to 'think out of the box' and we can assure you that you're going to love it ! It's an easy and original recipe, perfect for saving your damaged strawberries. Recycle your ugly strawberries and make a delicious tart ! Mmmmhh !
Preparation time : 30 min
Cooking time : 20 / 30 min
Serves : 4 to 8 (depends on your level of greediness)
Homemade shortbread pastry
200g of flour
150g of butter
50g of unrefined brown sugar
50g icing sugar
For the trim :
300 to 500g of strawberries
2tablespoons of unrefined brown sugar
Mix the flour with the different types of sugar with the softened and diced butter.
Sand the dough with your fingers: Take a handful of the dough and slide your fingers against each other. Repeat until you get a sandy pastry.
Add the eff and form a smooth ball.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cut the strawberries in half lengthwise.
Bake the dough in the oven for 10 minutes (a bit longer if you like it crispy).
Once pre-baked, take the dough out of the oven and place your strawberries on top.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons and bake again for 15 to 30 minutes (it depends on the texture/state of your strawberries).
